Dayton Literary Peace Prize

About the Dayton Literary Peace Prize

Fiction and Nonfiction finalists, winners and runners-up from the Prize's own year pages, 2006-2025. Runners-up are recorded as Honor. Year is the award year the Prize uses; the fall ceremony honors books from the year before. The 2021 lists sit on the 2020-awards page. Nominated-book lists on the early pages and the Holbrooke Distinguished Achievement Award (a person, not a book) are left out. A few misspelled titles and author names on the pages are corrected (for example Oscar Wao, Wangari Maathai, Kao Kalia Yang).

Organization: Dayton Literary Peace Prize Foundation. Years are award years, which can differ from publication years. Official site (opens in a new tab)
