About the Entertainment Weekly Best Books

EW book critics' year-end lists, read from web.archive.org snapshots of ew.com (live ew.com blocks scripts). Categories follow EW's split each year: Fiction and Nonfiction through 2014, then one Books list plus Young Adult, Romance, Graphic Novels, and Debut Novels in some years. From 2023 EW published no general best-books list, only Romance; it published none in 2025, so the range ends at 2024. Skipped: honorable mentions, award-style comics lists, and the 2020-2022 Comics lists, which name ongoing series rather than books. No 2010 Nonfiction list was found, so that year has no Nonfiction row.
